“Excellent location, service and staff hospitality ”

“Well maintained hotel ca 10 min by buss from the main train station. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. My only reservation is for the badly designed bathroom including colder temperature then the rest of the room (should be vice versus). Thankfully the hotel have a very good restaurant because there are not very much within walking distance.”

“An expensive hotel with few personal. The expensive food was Terrible, the service was Terrible in their restaurant. No service at all. You needed to remind of wine, coffe etc. ”

“I would not stay here again nor recommend this to anyone else. Thankfully, I only stayed two nights. It looks like a converted parking house, you can hear everything from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. There are gangs of young people drinking, smoking and shouting on the street this hotel is located on which makes it very loud. The room has no daylight and if you wish to shower in warm water you need to run the water for 5-10minutes in advance. ”

“Great place in central Luzern old town, easy walking distance from railway station. Nicely furnitured quiet rooms, good breakfast selection of warm and cold options. Sustainable, however, my towel on the hanger disappeared and I had to use the second fresh one for the second night. I would definitely come and stay again.”

“I stayed two nights at the hotel, in a single room. I particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace (and restaurant/breakfast room), and the pool for morning/evening swims. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I would definitely go back.”
