A small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.

Mysigt och lugnt läge. Overkligt fint vid vattnet! Bra ställe att ta ett dopp på vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Bra service och städning. Ett minus får isåfall bli kyrkklockan i närheten som ringer sen kväll och tidig morgon.

A classic traditional hotel with a lovely breakfast. Helpful staff that made us feel very comfortable, especially Ara who was working the late shift and went the extra mile to help with every request whether it was a late night snack or restaurant tips.

Mysigt och trevligt hotell, väldigt rent och ordningsamt och personalen var helt fantastiska. Väldigt barnvänligt, de hade ställt in och bäddat en barnsäng åt oss, det fanns lekrum på hotellet och en stor lekplats precis bredvid. God frukost.

Our stay was really good. We got a bigger room with the view of the mount Pilatus. We had some issues in our room on the first night of stay but they were all promptly resolved the next morning. The breakfast had a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and polite. They gave us good suggestions on travel to visit the local spots. The hotel was very close to the busstop that goes to the central and is in a 5min walking distance to the chapel bridge/old town. Would highly recommend to...
