Nicely updated with a new, heated, electric fireplace, our space provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere at the base of the mountain within steps of all the action Okemo has to offer. Yet still providing the quiet, tranquil skiing experience everyone longs to find! We provide a Keurig with some K-cups for your convenience, a nice, full kitchen, basic daily essentials, cleaning supplies, and of course awesome views! If you are looking to get away in Ludlow, this is the perfect spot to do it no matter the season! Hallways are shared spaces for guests as they are the access point to the main entrances to all condos and ski lockers.

We do have an owner's closet/maintenance closet in the unit. We ask you please leave everything in the closet and leave the door shut during your stay. It should be locked during your stay but once in awhile our cleaning partner does forget.

There is a laundry room on-site in the buildings provided by the HOA. It is $2.00 per load for the washer and $2.25 per load for the dryer and they now accept cards or coins. The laundry is located just inside the second floor door to building "B" (walk out the nearest entrance/exit, under the archway, from building "A" and walk across into the building "B" door and head up the stairs directly on the right once you step inside to reach it).

There are designated trash and recycling areas right near the entrances of all buildings. Please try to sort your garbage, it is greatly appreciated by the HOA.
