The Space:

Welcome to your family’s new favorite Okemo retreat, a three-level haven designed for comfort, connection, and effortless mountain days — and yes, pets are welcome here, so the whole family can join the adventure. The main living level is the heart of the home, framed by sweeping mountain views and anchored by a bright, spacious kitchen built for groups who love to cook and gather. With double ovens, a gas range, expansive prep space, two dishwashers, and generous dining seating, mealtimes are easy and unhurried, whether you’re feeding a full house or settling in for a cozy night together. Step out to the deck to enjoy the private hot tub overlooking the valley. The fireplace adds an inviting focal point, though it is not operational this season.



Upstairs, the primary suite offers a quiet escape with a king bed and an elegant ensuite featuring a jetted soaking tub beneath a skylight and a separate walk-in shower — a calm, restorative space at the end of the day.



The lower level is designed with families in mind, offering a kid-friendly playroom with a couch and TV, a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks, and a queen bedroom. A full bath and laundry room make this floor practical for longer stays, and its layout creates a comfortable, self-contained zone for guests of all ages.



A spacious mudroom on the main level provides ample storage for boots, skis, and winter layers, keeping the home organized throughout your trip and making it especially convenient for guests traveling with children or pets.



Getting to the mountain couldn’t be easier. Simply call the on-call shuttle while gearing up, and you’ll be picked up right outside and dropped off on the Sachem Trail, just 1/2 mile away . When the ski day wraps up, the shuttle brings you back to condo, making mountain access simple and stress-free for families and groups.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the shared parking area in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate.Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
