“I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Overall, it felt lazy and mediocre at best. There were fingerprints all over the stainless steel appliances in the room, the floors were visibly dirty, and even the cabinets hadn’t been properly cleaned. It gave the impression that basic housekeeping standards aren’t being taken seriously.

“The homeless clean and had a good breakfast. I did pay for a king sized bed and didn’t get that type of room. They said they “upgraded” me but a queen size with a sofa bed isn’t an upgrade in my opinion. ”
