Beautiful studio apartment just 100 meters from the swimming lake and right by the forest—perfect for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and relaxing. The newly renovated and tastefully furnished studio with kitchenette and dining area is on the ground floor and features a terrace.



The accommodation is in a quiet area of Schöntal, directly by the forest and only 150 meters from the Schöntal bathing pond. Schöntal is free from through traffic, and the entire village has a 30 km/h speed limit.



This apartment is the ideal starting point for extended hiking and trekking tours through the untouched German-French biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest/Northern Vosges or for visits to numerous castle ruins and impressive rock formations nearby. Relax at one of the many bathing ponds in Ludwigswinkel, enjoy great mountain bike tours, or take relaxed bike rides with hardly any inclines through the Sauerbach Valley to Wissembourg in Alsace. We are happy to give you tips for your excursions.



A visit to the barefoot park, mini golf, small park, and excellent restaurants is also worthwhile.



Our guests can use one women’s and one men’s touring bike free of charge. Touring and mountain e-bikes are available for an extra fee. Dog trailers are available free of charge.



Ludwigswinkel, a health resort, is perfect for guests seeking relaxation, variety, nature, sports, and peace. You can spend your whole vacation without a car; beautiful tours are possible even in winter.



A gas station is located in the neighboring village, 3 km away. You will find a variety of excellent restaurants in Ludwigswinkel and the surrounding communities.
