In a renowned and panoramic residential area of Lugano, Montarina Apartment is a modern and finely furnished one-bedroom apartment that will welcome you for a holiday as a couple, in a group with friends or family, but also for a business trip!



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners and to serve them at the table for 4 people in the living room. In the living room, the TV area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie after a day of visiting the city and its surroundings, and at night the comfortable sofa turns into a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The double bedroom is cozy and intimate, and the wardrobe is roomy to contain all your apparel. The apartment concludes with a bathroom with shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a reserved parking space in the residential garage. (max dimensions: L:5.15m, W:2.60m, H:2.00m)

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

The apartment is in a renowned and panoramic residential area of ​​Lugano, far from the chaos but just a few minutes from services, bars and restaurants. The station is only 5  walking minutes away, the historic center 10 minutes (reaching the station, you can take the funicular to the center, or continue on foot). The lakefront is an 8-minute drive away.



How to arrive:

If you are by car, take the exit of the A2 Lugano Nord motorway and follow the directions of your GPS: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

If you are by train, from Lugano Station continue on foot for 3 minutes.
