This elegant one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished and enhanced with fine finishes, welcomes you with a bright living room, which consists of two spaces: the TV area, with a sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) and two ottomans for chatting and movies in the company of friends; the dining area with a table for 4, in front of the spacious corner kitchen, complete with Smeg appliances, a convenient bar counter and everything you need to prepare and serve lunches and dinners like at home. From here you have access to the balcony, to enjoy the open air and the mild climate of Ticino.

The master bedroom is comfortable and has a large closet to organize the wardrobe of all guests. The modern bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

PALACE APARTMENT is strategically located just 5 walking minutes from the Exhibition Center, the city\'s trade fair center. The Lido of Lugano, with its swimming pools, beach and tennis courts, is a 2-minute walk away, Parco Ciani and the picturesque lakeside promenade are 5 minutes away.

The apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the historic center, where you can reach the renowned stores of Via Nassa, the bars and restaurants of Piazza Riforma and Piazza Dante. Take the boat at the Cassarate pier for a trip to Lake Ceresio and its characteristic villages, such as Gandria, which can also be reached by walking along the Sentiero degli Ulivi from Castagnola. At Cassarate there is also the funicular to reach Monte Brè in 10 minutes.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the exit Lugano Sud and set the GPS: in 8 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from the Lugano station take the bus n.3 direction \"Canobbio, Mercato Resega\" for 7 stops and get off at the \"Cassarate, Scuole\" stop. In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
