Visiting the city of Lugano and its surroundings will be easy at MARAINI 17, a panoramic one-bedroom apartment that enjoys a wonderful view of the lake!

This apartment is located in a historic building on Maraini Street, a 5-minute walk from the station and as many minutes from the historic center and lakefront. The living room is composed of a dining area with a round table for 4, and a TV area with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The separate kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. From the living room there is access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the scenery of the lake and its green mountains with Monte Brè on the left, while sipping an aperitif at sunset at a small table for two. The bedroom has a double bed, perfect for couples, with a closet for your wardrobe even for longer vacations. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a private parking space therefore ideal for those traveling by public transport.

MARAINI 8 is strategically located for visiting the city of Lugano and its surroundings, 300 meters from the LAC, via Nassa 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 2/5 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes drive from the motorway exit.

The renowned Via Nassa, Lugano\'s shopping street, is just minutes away, with its boutiques and stores of the most famous fashion brands.

The lakeside can be reached in a few minutes by crossing the street and descending along Via Motta or the \'Salita degli Angioli\'.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit: you will reach the apartment in 5 to 10 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station walk 5 minutes to reach the apartment.
