The modern kitchen is fully equipped: prepare a tasty breakfast and enjoy it on the romantic terrace overlooking the mountains, in the crisp morning air, or in the living room where the sunlight filters through the large windows, thus making the atmosphere lively and comfortable. This makes ROGGIA 5 ideal for couples, but also for 3 persons: the sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The double bedroom overlooks another small terrace, which offers a garden view. In the bathroom, the large shower covered with tiles offers a pleasant relaxation.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
