“The room seem updated with furniture but the bathroom exhaust didn’t work and the shower was clogged.. oh and the TV was one channel only no way of changing to what it was set on. ”

“The staff was not friendly. The parking assigned is not clear at all. My vehicle would have got booted if i had not parked in the correct area. The hotel never mentioned until I asked the reception. The receptionist was not able to clearly specify the area. The lighting in the room was terrible. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Providence to tour Brown and RISD and we were able to easily walk to both. The property itself was beautiful as was our room/apartment we stayed in. We appreciated having a dining space as well as a kitchen to enjoy some meals in. It was very easy to find as well as check in. We were sent very detailed instructions before arriving which was incredibly helpful. We look forward to visiting again sometime. ”

“I really liked Founders. It's a modest motel, but had everything I would expect from a higher end spot. The rooms are 3-4 to single story building, so you can park less than 10 feet from your door. I rated the cleanliness a 5 out of 5, but I want to emphasize... it was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful when I called to ask for late check-in since I was not sure what time I would arrive. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well both nights. Shower was a tad small, but no issue, and...
