"Everything at the hotel, room, facilities, breakfast etc. are very good. Also easy access to the beach. However the check in was a disaster. Arrived early and hoped the room would be ready, it was not and that is fully acceptable. So we waited until 3pm which is check in time, room still not ready.
We were told to wait 20 minutes more, and after that 20 minutes more, and after that 20 minutes more… Their excuse was that people were not leaving the room. Check out time is 11am. Really?"
