Whether skiing, hiking, biking, etc, this condo is in the center of all outdoor fun on the north shore. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, gaming area with ping-pong table, fitness center, gift shop, on-site restaurant, who could need anything more - family friendly in all of the ways!

After you’ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Structure Real Estate LLC Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions from the unit owner.

Cute place, great location
Highlight is definitely the location and ease of access for skiing, as it's right next Bridge Run and there is a first floor ski locker available for use. Condo itself was as advertised, with nice lofted ceiling, plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Unfortunately, the balcony was covered with snow and was unusable, but looked like it might offer nice views. As mentioned in another review, the sleeper sofa is in need of an update (I believe owners are working on it), and the bunk bed rattles with minimal movement, but not an issue if you're deep sleepers. There's also a fan in the loft for those who like some white noise for sleep. Communication with the owners was great, and they answered our questions about the heat setup (thermal storage vs conventional).

Great location
Owner was very responsive and helpful to texts. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to ski in and out. Walking distance to all the lutsen mountain restaurants and gondola, for non skiers. The pool and hot tub were accessible by a short indoor walk and were both a great size. Totally recommend for a small family looking for a great ski vacation. Having the two bathrooms made sharing a room not a big deal!

Lutsen and the ski in/out is amazing and a great thing and worth going to. This unit was adequate and the location was as described. Overall we gave it a 3 out of 5. The unit wasn't dirty but could have been cleaned better with a left over wash cloth left lying in the bathroom along with the previous guests hair tie next to it. It wasn't a huge issue but still not ideal. Walls were thin and the unit next door was running around the first night until nearly 11PM of which anyone could hear the entirety of their actions. This was unfortunate but was only a one night thing and nothing that you can control. The unit does sleep 5 but know that the hide -a -bed had definitely seen better days. There is access to a public pool/hot tub. They were very crowded everyday there and the the chlorine was able to be smelled in the hallway outside the unit. Lastly, if you are going there and it is your first time make sure you do your research. We got there and had no idea of where to go and how to get to the different lifts.

Fantastic Location
Overall we had a great stay! The best feature of this property is its location. Very convenient ski-in, ski-out option which was great when my two older boys wanted to hit the slopes right when the lifts started running while not having to wait for their little sister to get ready. The kids loved the pool and hot tub on property. Plenty of room for hanging out and unwinding after a long day skiing/boarding. The wood burning fireplace really made the condo cozy!

Wonderful getaway
We stayed at the property and would book again for sure! Kids loved swimming, access to alpine slide and gondola. Adults loved it too-close to a our favorite spots, Tofte and Grand Marias. North Shore winery was kid friendly and staff was great! We dined at Moguls each night which was a family favorite. Definitely will be back.

Amazing experience!
We had a lovely stay in Lutsen. The unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the location so much and spent every moment we could outside. The owners were wonderful, answered questions quickly. Look forward to staying here again!
