The property features a main villa, separate sauna house, a private waterfront, and four multi-level terraces. Maximum capacity is 6 guests. Hosting is spread across the 3-bedroom main villa and a flexible 4th bedroom in the detached sauna house. Portable fans are included.

• Sauna House Guest Bedroom 4: One large Single bed (200x120cm) in the separate sauna house. (Note: Ideal for extra privacy; the main villa bathroom is a short, scenic outdoor walk away).

Booking Requirements & Key Policies

• No Third-Party Bookings: The person who books must be the primary guest staying on-site for the duration of the trip.
• Registered Guests Only: For insurance reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Daytime visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
• Guest Count & Children Age: All adults and children must be counted accurately on the reservation. We warmly welcome guests aged 8 and older. Please note the property is not child-proofed for younger children due to the open waterfront and steep loft stairs.
• Guest Profiles: We welcome leisure and corporate business travellers only.
• No Parties or Pets: Parties, large gatherings, and pets of any kind are strictly forbidden to respect our local community and natural environment.
• Fire Safety: Smoking and all open flames —including the indoor fireplace—are strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
