We appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. I would like to react to a few comments: before you made your reservation through Expedia, I informed you personally that we have no private parking availability, and that you would be able to park across the street. Concerning the breakfast; before you made your reservation, you were informed that the hotel was practically fully booked, yet we worked very hard to find you a luxury room with front Nile View. We had approximately 400 guests for breakfast the next day, while the total capacity of the restaurant is 350 guests at the same time. Our breakfast is served between 06.00 and 10.30AM and although we confirm that it was busy; there were no incidents or complaints during these days and none of the guests had to wait for a table. Our management- and guest relation team is available 24 hours per day to listen to our guests and take the necessary action where needed. We are very sorry that we did not hear about your comments in person; we would also be able to correct the issue with the WiFi. Your experience with the Spa will be forwarded to the Spa manager as we continually work to guard the guest satisfaction.
