"I booked this hotel that was flying to Sweden and needed to stay over 1 night in manila . And next tlme I will choose a different hotel . The only good thing is that itâs close to the airport. When she first arrived she was told that she had to pay a 2000php deposit (absolutely no information about this before check-in) . The hotel also informed that it could take up to 2 months before they would pay back the deposit , or they might keep the deposit and not pay it back at all.
- The first room she was offered had lots mosquitos in the room so she had to ask for a different room .
-There was no towel in the second room she moved to and it took a long tlme before a towel was finally delivered to the room .
-No traschcan in the room
- No mug in the room for drinking coffee
-The front desk did not inform her if there was wifi available at the hotel .
- The breakfast was not very good either for the price of the room
I also tried to send many messages to the hotel prior to checkin asking if airport transfer and other practical questions.
The hotel completely ignored all my messages and didnât reply ay all .
Next time I will choose a different hotel
there are several better close to the airport .
I do not recommend this place .
It will be interesting to see if they decide to return the 2000php ( after a few months ) or if they will steal the money ."
