âWe had to kill a large cockroach in the room the first night of the stay. There was no hot water in either the shower or the hand wash basin and we had to shower in tepid water. The shower door did not close and water flooded out onto the bathroom floor creating a situation in which it was easy to slip. We informed the staff of these situations on 2 occasions ... after the second complaint an engineer was sent to fix the hot water situation but was unable to find the problem. There was no...
