A large duplex of 170 m², very bright, completely renovated, air-conditioned, located on the main road that crosses the city and yet very quiet. Benefiting, by its position, from the proximity of all amenities: All shops, town hall, post office, library, playground and picnic park (30 meters away), charging for electric cars (30 meters away), two supermarkets less than a km each, restaurants...
Also located near a small path that leads, 200 m away, either to the wilderness (left) or to a sports course along the river (right), set up by the town hall next to rest areas, barbecues and unusual huts.
The accommodation consists of:
1- On the first floor, a dining room for 12 people, a well-equipped breakfast area, a kitchen that must lack nothing (down to the smallest details), a living room with ten seats, a bathroom (toilet, shower and two sinks). We will take care that there is always coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, oils, toilet paper, soap etc.
2- On the second floor: two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is king size; two bedrooms with two beds each; a large modular living room that can accommodate at least two people; a bathroom (toilet, bath/shower and two sinks). All rooms have tables for two people, for work and/or privacy. Bed linen and towels, as well as soaps, are provided, with changes available in the cupboards.
Downstairs in the building, we have set up a laundromat, we will provide you with free codes for your laundry and we will ask you to please take the used laundry down to the laundromat, on the day of your departure we will take care of the washing.
