Great location
Great hotel, we had a clean and pretty big room with simple and classic interior (not as cheesy as some other hotels in Lviv seem to be), friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, right on the main square, perfect for tourists. We had a room with windows towards the yard and could at some point hear some noise from the restaurants on the square, but it sounded very distant and didn't bother us at all. So I can really recommend this place, great value for the price!

Perfect for a weekend in Lviv
We loved staying at on the square guesthouse, everything was really close by. Stayed in a room facing the square which had a great view and it was not too noisy even though there was a lot of life down on the streets. Nothing to complain about here! Perfect! We even got complementary water, which we had not expected.

Bästa läge och vänlig personal
Det här är ett mycket litet hotell som ligger oerhört centralt, mitt i historiska centrat, och som var aningens svårt att hitta. Taxi kan inte köra ända fram. Receptionen ligger en trappa upp och vårt rum ännu en trappa upp så man får släpa väskor. Huset är gammalt och slitet och möblerna rätt enkla. Men det var rent, fint, bekvämt och med jättevänlig personal som pratar bra engelska. Wifi funkade bra och det var jättemånga restauranger i omedelbar närhet.

Top Location, luxury rooms and a world class staff
The price, the quality, the level of service and the location of this hotel can't be beat. For that reason i decided to stay a second time this month. When i arrived to check in, Maria the receptionist greeted me by name and said "it's nice to see you again" her and all the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a small problem with the temperature in my room and the night receptionist ( i forgot her name ) immediately responded and without hesitation, she moved me to a different room. The cleaning ladies and construction workers were also very welcoming greeting me each time i walked by. I felt so at home at this place and i am so grateful for their hospitality. Furthermore, Lviv is an incredible city to experience. The people out here are so genuine and really take care of one another. Its one of the finest cities ive ever visited and i I highly recommend it. Slava Ukraini!

Receptionist spoke perfect English and was nice
This place is newly remodeled so the rooms smell brand new. The location was is right in the middle of all the action. My favorite part about this place was their staff. They spoke perfect English, they were super friendly and very helpful. I absolutely loved it here and i will be back again

Best place ever!
Location, staff are just amazing. It is in the heart of the city, outside so busy but you do not get any noise inside. Best place to stay, all famous restaurants and the highlights in a walking distance .

Good place in general
Its very pleasant and one of my favorites while in Lviv, this time I had 2 issue: Water on shower weren't super hot- been told its as of the renovation. Also, one night I come late and the door code didn't work, I called a few times until the receptionist got down to open for me. Good that its not heavy winter!

Highly recommend
Comfortable beds and pillows and great service from reception. There are only two rooms per floor, and so is generally quiet. Shower was hot, but could be hotter. Great location, it is in the centre!

Great location, shame about the building site!
Excellent position but we booked a courtyard room on the basis that it was quiet and arrived to find building materials stored in the entrance corridor and earplugs on the bedside units. The reason became apparent when, in the morning, we awoke to the racket of full scale building work. On opening the curtains we found scaffolding outside our room, a building site in the courtyard itself and a gutted wing of the courtyard opposite. The receptionist apologised when we complained but, to date, the management have offered no compensation. Such a shame because the hotel is in the perfect position.

Dear Trevor, thank you for taking time to leave a review. Please note that we are located in an architectural monument that needs to be restored and renovated at times. Exactly during your stay in the courtyard, the restoration works were carried out. Since we occupy only the 2nd and 3rd floor of the 5-floor building, unfortunately we have no influence on the construction works of other residents, also we all have common areas which they can use as well, and they do it. We agreed comfortable start time of everyday works, but sometimes there are force majeure circumstances that require immediate intervention in the course of repair, since the building is a monument of architecture. And please note that noone wants to destroy historical importance of the building, of course now it looks like disaster, but all efforts are made first to strengthen the structure of the building to make it safe for living, then restore exterier of the building. Anyway, we appologise for all the inconveniences. We are very sorry that this circumstances affected on your impresions about our Guesthouse and on your holiday at all. We always solve all the questions or problems immediately during our guests stay, but this time at the reception was our trainee who was the first time at such a situation and had not enough experience to solve it. We will keep improving our young staff skills and service at all. Please pay attention that soon our manager will contact you to agree conditions of the compensation. We hope that you come again next time and change opinion about our Guesthouse to the better.

It is in the exact center of the city. Only dislike is the walk up three flights of stairs. Also the actual one is at number 13. The photo shows the place I stayed at before, at address number 11. I thought I was getting the same place. Instead I had a much smaller place. The most famous restaurant landmark is next door at number 14. They put earplugs on nightstand. I guess someone whined before that there is noise from the street. I find such a complaint silly.
