âA very nice small hotel full of character and in a beautiful setting and convenient to lyme regis. See and countryside views from the room. Lovely gardens. Friendly owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had eventing we needed... the owners checked in with us at breakfast each morning. The 3 course table service breakfast was selectable from a menu. Classy but not pretentious. â
âJulie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home.â

âIâm was actually thinking of giving a bad review to ensure this wonderful place wouldnât be booked out all the time. Seriously though, weâre definitely going back- comfy bedroom, modern bathroom, spacious living area, and a kitchen that rivals mine at home for appliances and equipment. The breakfast was very tasty choices were plentiful, and my gluten free request not a problem. â

âA truly amazing inn in the heart of Somerset. The staff are so lovely helpful and enthusiastic. the food is superb and just in the right quantity to feel full but not over full. Service is excellent and room quality superb. I cant recommend the Cotley inn enough. thank you again for a lovely stay.â
âWith two dogs, we appreciated the safe and scenic spaces to walk around. The Bark Park outdoor field, with its sandpit and climbing equipment, was brilliant. Overall, we couldn't fault anything. The restaurant/food was perfect.
