“I have stayed at the Schooner Inn several times in the past 2 years traveling between Greenville, NC and Dover, DE to visit family. It is a great location and convenient to restaurants. The room is clean and very comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants is the Waterman’s Grill and is walking distance. Strongly recommend staying here.”

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

“We feel like we got what we paid for with this hotel. It was graduation weekend, so it was difficult to find a reasonably priced place, and this fit the bill. The hotel could use a good deep cleaning, there was a stale musty smell throughout the building, and some lesser checked areas (window sills, baseboards, etc) could use some TLC. There is a student front desk, one elevator. Staff was nice and polite. parking was great. No food available. reserve for two night state one night and forfeited my second night.”

“Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the beach which was wonderful to see the ocean and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The breakfasts were very good with great varieties and good seating. “I barely survived my stay, I wanted to checkout and just go someplace else but my other guest didn’t want to go through the confusion. The floors were filthy, the washing machine didn’t work it stopped mid wash and I had to wring out all my clothes and put them in the dryer. The staff said it was nothing they could do to call the number on the machine.
