“We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The place is great 10 out of 10 i absolutely recommend. ”

“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below).
Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness.
Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. Rooms also have no AC which was almost unbearable during hot summer days. The worst con of them all is, however, that I was contacted after my stay because...

“Excellent service and beautiful hotel/resort.
Many restaurants to choose from. Dog friendly and we loved riding the gondola! Love the market at the top of the mountain! It is a full service grocery store! I would love to stay again and highly recommend Mountain Village! ”
