You will be given the keys on appointment by a specific Memorable Place agent at the property.
Please, be on time ! The person will come specifically to meet you up, he/she doesn't live in the building.
Any late arrival (over 20 mn on the time schedule agreed) will lead to an extra stay cost.
Kindly consider a minimum 1 hour delay based on our agent's planning between booking and checkin.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : a 2000€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.

In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment.
