Super clean and very comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location by the river. Decent walking distance to the heart of the city and close enough to Part-Dieu. Expensive but worth it.

Trevligt, men inte fyrstjärnigt
Rummet höll inte standard för ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, väldigt litet och avskalat all finess. Frukost och em-tillbehör och kvällssnacks var trevligt. Gymmet litet, men fräscht också. Bra läge.

Lovely stay
Had a nice stay here. The hotel is nicely renovated and the staff was really friendly. Nice breakfast and loved the after work drinks and food. The 24/7 snack service made up for the lack of minibar and coffee machine in the rooms. The room was nice but it could be a little bit bigger with more wardrobe space. Do note that the toilet/shower has glass walls so not a lot privacy even if it has curtains. The location was good - not too many restaurants nearby but just a short walk over the bridge and you will find more restaurants, bars and shops.

Mycket fräscht och välstädat hotell. Trevlig matsal där man åt frukost, men där man även på kvällen kunde inta lite lätt mat som ingick i hotellkostnaden. Loungen hade en lugn och trevlig atmosfär där man kunde sitta och läsa, titta på tv, ta en kopp kaffe eller använda datorn som fanns där. Hotellet ligger nära till de flesta sevärdheter m.m, dit man faktiskt kunde ta sig en promenad. Rekommenderar detta hotell varmt.

Personligt hotell med hemkänsla med perfekt läge
Ett personligt hotell med lite hemkänsla. Rummet modernt fint med bra arbetsplats och bra säng. Det bästa är de sociala ytorna där man kan hitta sitt hörn om man vill känna sig lite privat dessutom finns det alltid gratis snacks och dricka tillgängligt på kvällen soppa och småplock. Du plockar själv och sätter dig där du vill. Skönt avkopplande både för arbetsresan och privat

Bra modernt hotell med bra läge i stan. Konceptet med "The Club" där lobbyn ersatts av en privat lounge fungerade utmärkt och var ett bra mervärde.

Okko hotel Point Lafayett - Lyon
Helt fantastiskt hotell med toppenläge tiöö barer pubar restauranger och affärer. Ligger precis vid floden. Bara gå över bron så är du i vackra gamla stan. Hotellet hade gratis snacks buffe op kvällen där ett glas vin eller annan dricka ingicl. Det fanns grönsaker frukt ostar bröd korvar och annat småplock. Helt fantastiskt. Bästa hotellet på hela vår europaresa.

Snyggt hotell med stora rum
Hela upplevelsen var väldigt trevlig, från personalens bemötande till rummets storlek och skick samt aperitivobuffén som hotellet bjuder på varje kväll. Det ligger dessutom på promenadavstånd från de flesta sevärdheterna i stan. De enda förbättringspotentialerna ligger i att det inte fanns nåt duschdraperi så hela mitt rum blev blött när jag duschade samt att det inte fanns separat balsam för att tvätta håret.

The staff of the hotel was excellent. They did a lot to help us get aquatinted with the area, and the many good spots for dining. They also could speak excellent English so it was easy to understand. but the structure of the bathroom was odd. One enters the shower to get to the toilet and sink area on the other side and there was not enough places to hang things, since there is not a closet in our room. The staff did a good job of making up for the design problems of the room.

Personnel peu attentif aux demandes et à l’environnement des clients, exemple nous avons demandés à changer nos draps (cela a été dit à la réception le matin avec insistance de notre part) suite à un soucis (de notre faute donc signalé par nos soins) cela n’a pas été fait le lit a été fait avec les mêmes draps sans y prêter attention malgré pourtant un soucis voyant, plus de gel douche (n’a pas été remis obligé d’appeler la réception le lendemain…), vaisselle non débarrassé. Pas du tout les prestations d’un 4 étoiles, qui contrairement à ce qui est dit par l’établissement, ils ne correspondent pas à un nouveau mode de 4 étoiles mais ils manquent juste de sérieux. Salle de bains très petite. Hôtel très bien situé.

Good deal for its price
Hotel is clean and modern. The location is convenient, walkable to main attractions of the city. The hotel is also by the river, you can enjoy a nice walk. The lounge area has refreshments and tea coffee 24/7, definitely a nice touch. The only downside was there’s no fridge in the room.

Hotel très bon rapport qualité prix
impeccable, hôtel et principes (lus sur le site internet sympa. petit dej très sympa aussi Seul bémol : odeur de fuel persistant au niveau de la réception qui se propage au restau, Et dans les étages : seule ombre qui j'espère n'est que passagère (nous sommes quand même restés 2 nuits et pas d'amélioration).

Great location, but the hotel was average. AC didnt work so well. Good bed, strange bathroom, and the shower didnt close.

Eau tiede, manque de chauffage, et prix élevé...
Hotel au joli design interieur, mais manque de chauffage dans les chambres et douche tiède... ce qui est fort désagréable, surtout pour un prix de nuitee a 200€ et un pdj a 20€...

Petit déjeuner ( 20 euros) sans possibilité d’avoir un thé, donc eau chaude avec 3 rondelles de citron. Je le signale à l’hôtel lors du questionnaire de satisfaction qui me répond que devant le succès des sachets de thé compostables ce week-end, il n’en avait plus !!!!!! Je ne vois pas vraiment en quoi cela me concerne si ce n’est le prix pour une tasse d’eau chaude peut-être excessif. Dommage car le personnel est charmant.
