“We always love staying in Embassy Suites but this property fell short. It was an older building and not as nice as most. The pillows were awful and our room was very noisy because it was right off of the lobby. When I called the front desk no one answered. The man at check in offered no information. It just was very disappointing I'm comparison to all of our other stays at Embassy Suites. I would not stay here again.”
