“We were told their was so breakfast , only coffee, the room was very dirty and gross, my two year old found Tylenol on the floor and almost ate them, there were chapstick and garbage rappers by the bed from who knows when, the floor in the bathroom was very dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and our tv remote didn’t work. “The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, super polite and they are a credit to the hotel and it’s manager. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always return when I’m in the area. Super clean, nicely appointed, great facilities and a 24 hr restaurant. Love it! ”

“Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens.
