âThe residences are next to the hotel. The area has been renovated nicely and the residences are also beautiful with high quality finishes.
A few negatives:

- light switches are not the most convenietly placed

âIt was a very nice room for us, 4 friends, with a great location. The service included cleaning, dishwashing and making the beds every other day, which is well enough. We also didn't get enough towels (they probably forgot) and had to buy our own toilet paper (also prob forgot to refill). Some furniture was worn or damaged, but all was functional, including a very nice air conditioning - useful in the 35ÂșC heat. All in all a good experience, and very affordable.â

"A fantastic flat: new, modern, spacious, clean at a good location with a food store across the street open 24 hours ! Several restaurants around and a tram stop near by. We had a balcony facing the street, noisy but interesting to look at the everyday life behind the greenery provided by the tall trees. The apartment is furnished with style and comfort with modern machines (washing machine and dishwasher). We managed to figure out how they work but instructions would not have harmed. We were not able to adjust the climate in the apartment, it was a bit chilly. We were also rigorously looking for the trash disposal place but couldnât find it. It was neither on the backyard nor in the basement. We would have appreciated a floor brush, a kitchen towel and a small kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces. Otherwise everything was just perfect for an amazing price. We are definitely going to stay here again !"
