"The reception played Christmas music that also could be heard in the corridor speakers. Since the doors and walls in the hotel were not particularly sound proof, you could hear the music in your room sometimes later than 9pm which is unacceptable. Guest should not have to hear any hotel music playing in their rooms. The tidiness was ok overall but vacuuming was not enough since I had a mild allergic reaction from the first night and I am quite allergic to mites. The staff was always pleasant and helpful at the reception."
