If you prefer other cuisines you might opt for booking a room that doesn’t have food included. Staff is very friendly! We booked private onsen and that was also very nice. “My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack.
