Casa da Avó 2 by Atlantic Holiday offers a comfortable and well-equipped stay in the charming coastal village of Caniçal, ideal for couples, families, or friends. This two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to four guests, with one room featuring a queen-size bed, another with a single bed, and an additional sofa bed in the living area. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and necessary utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. The living room features a smart TV with a box, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided.



A highlight of the property is the shared jacuzzi and barbecue area, offering a relaxing space to unwind. While there is no private parking, street parking is available nearby. The apartment is well-connected, with some bus stops within reach.



Within walking distance, guests can explore local restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as enjoy outdoor activities along Madeira’s scenic coastline. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and baby essentials, including a cot and high chair, are available.



Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
