“Perfect place to sleep and call home base while exploring the area for the day including Machu Picchu in the morning. No elevator though and you have to climb lots of steps with your bags but if you’re here, you’re already prepared for lots of uphill walks. Zero complaints. Jesus at the front desk was super helpful in helping us find anything we were looking for and then some”

“Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here.”
