“Although it was pouring rain all day the day we arrived, the amenities looked pretty great. Our deluxe cottage however, was not very deluxe. First off it was not the cottage that was portrayed in the pictures when we booked it and there was no caveat that we may not receive that exact unit as shown. Hipuge difference.
