“We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am.
