Only issue was we didn't receive an email from the hotel or expedia with check in access codes for checking in, room, and parking. WE were able to call the hotel day of and get access codes for check in and room, but she couldn't find her access code until she got in room after parking.”

The pool had a white film floating on top so we skipped a swim (that we were looking forward to after sitting for hours in tons of traffic). We traveled with family and a young child. Their room smelled strongly of cat urine. We arrived late due to traffic and were too tired to complain so we used our own air freshener which...
