âThis is the best place to stay in Pietermaritzburg! The location is perfect for anyone affiliated with the university - literally across the street. You can have breakfast and supper - both excellent - and the hosts are extremely hospitable and helpful. We arrived with a flat tire, and Gys helped us get a new car the next morning. I have seldom experienced a home away from home as warm and welcoming as Ridge on 79. â
âA really tranquil, cosy, stunning property that makes you feel like youâre in the complete wilderness. So peaceful and the bed is probably the nicest one Iâve ever slept on. Highly recommend this beautiful property to stay at. Iâll be back again - thanks!â
âI loved the modern decor of the suite. The suite was clean and neat, the bed was super comfortable. The main bathroom was specious. The view of the pool was rejuvenating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call again. â
