“3 nights. Nice clean hotel, lovely helpful staff, room was fine, comfortable double bed, maybe could've done a chair in the room, and there was just about space for one. Breakfast was nice too, good quality bacon and sausages, although somewhat limited choice for a longer stay i.e no fruit, no cakes or croissant etc. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Congleton.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. ”

“The room was very clean, well decorated and contained a fridge and safe. (Only thing missing was a desk/dressing table). The staff were all polite and helpful and the spa facilities excellent. We’ll be back.”

“Really nice place to stay, modern, quiet, great gym and pool. Room was spacious, had everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast wasn't up to the same level as the rest of the experience, which is sad.”

“The hotel was clean and I had a very good nights sleep. There was plenty of parking and evening meal was good. Wi Fi was not very good and 8 had no mobile signal throughout my stay.”

“The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. ”
