A fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC.

On the upper floor, a small lounge with characterful sloping ceilings features 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen TV with international channels and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
