Ett mycket trevligt hotell med underbar utsikt.
Vi hade det mycket bra på detta härliga hotell. Rummet var bekvämt och modernt med underbar utsikt. Sängen var mycket skön och frukosten utmärkt. Vi var så nöjda!

Excellent stay, with a heated indoor pool and infinity pool on the roof. Steam room, sauna and hot tub available as well. Room cleaned daily with chocolates left on the bed!

Poor hotel, overpriced services and no atmosphere
Badly organised hotel. Arrived 5:30pm and room wasn't ready. This wasn't a one off as there were 4 other couples waiting with same problem. We had to ask for things several times before anything was done. Generally staff very unenthusiastic with a few exceptions. Drinks were very highly priced compared to other places on island. Almost double in some cases. Food was average but again very expensive for quality. Bizarre and sexist artwork in toilets. I would avoid this hotel.
Artwork in men's toilet. Weird!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The facilities are robust, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The operation time for the swimming pool and sauna until 22:00 was convenient, providing a relaxing experience after a day of hiking. Overall, we really liked this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Well worth a stay
Such friendly and helpful staff. Really nice breakfast but elements of half board dinner let the meal down eg potato rosti turned out to be a frozen hash brown. The very cheap and nasty blue fizz that is meant as a bonus only leaves a bad taste in more ways than one. Overall a very good hotel for the money.

Gorgeous views, friendly staff and hospitality. Good variety for breakfast. Can only fault not having air-conditioning around the hotel and in the bathrooms. Cleanliness could improve.

A beautiful hotel where every room has a sea view. Lots of facilities, room top infinity pool, gym, spa, hot tub - the list is long. The room was very clean and spacious with all mod cons and then some. The staff were great and the food was amazing. It is across the road from the volcano pools and a 5 minute walk from the bigger pool. A lovely place to stay and explore the beautiful island of Madeira.

Porto Moniz was a wonderful little town in Madeira and Aqua Natura Bay was a great place to stay. The hotel was reasonably priced for the quality. I highly recommend it if you decide to stay in Porto Moniz.

Neem zeker een kamer met zeezicht, het uitzicht is geweldig! Mooie moderne en ruime kamers. Leuk rooftop zwembad met aangename ligbedden. Enig negatief punt : luide en veel te warme ontbijtruimte ( geen airco en minimale verluchting)

Migliore struttura a Madeira
Bellissimo Hotel moderno e tenuto splendidamente. Camera ampia dotata di ogni confort. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il migliore alloggio in cui sono stato a Madeira. Colazione molto varia dal dolce al salato con cibi caldi preparati al momento. Purtroppo visto il tempo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina. Cena inclusa ottima anche se abbiamo avuto un problema con il pagamento che non risultava e ci hanno addebitato il coperto che sarebbo dovuto essere incluso. Non ci hanno regalato la bottiglia di spumante prevista come cliene silver. Non sempre agevole trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

The place is perfect. It's modern everywhere, it's comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was great. The minuses are: Not much to eat outside, it's all low quality, so we tried to eat ouf of Porto Moniz, on the way back from our outdoor activities. We took a superior room, which was amazing - but there are just 2 of them in the hotel and they are 114 214. We got 114, and the view from the room is the worst of the hotel - just of a parking lot and an ugly concrete platform around the sea. Just for you to know if you order this type of room.

Wunderschöne Lage und Blick aus dem Zimmer! Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders die netten Aufmerksamkeiten haben uns sehr gefallen ( jeden Tag Schokolade,Willkommensdrink und Abschiedsgeschenk)
