“Defeating disappointed, very small rooms, it is old and smell bad. Uncomfortable beds. Bad room small and old, some staff not work. Even small thing is not work properly like teapot, Tv with out control. This is one of worse I have been. This hotell it not 4 stars can be one or two. The only positive is very close to Majid Haram.”

“It's very far from the haram (Masjid e nabwi) , however, there is a shuttle service. The room has a window facing other buildings, we rented king size bed. The property is clean and new. The downside is that it did not have anything in the vicinity as it is close to the highway. The water in the bathroom pools around the drain, it seems to be poor design of the tiles.
