"Stannade 3 nätter. Mycket positivt upplevelse. Rent och fr äscht, bekväma sängar. Personal var mycket vänlig. Hotellet erbjuder shuttle till Profetens moské. Under ramadan erbjuds man middag istället för frukost. Mycket god mat . Allt var toppen. Tack Rabie för den goda maten. "

"Great experience! The hotel is very close to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, just a 5-7 minutes walk. Near to the hotel, they have buggies going to Masjid Quba. We arrived early and were allowed to do early check-in. The reception personal, sister Reem was very helpful. The room was super clean and we also had great service. A lot of Bangladeshi housekeeping staff who are always ready to support if any help is needed by the hotel guests . Sister Farah from Guest Relations also checked on a regular basis, if we were satisfied with our room and needed anything. There were complimentary water and tea in the room. The buffet breakfast was amazing as well, they have a very nice spread! Highly recommended and would love to stay there again InshaAllah!"

"Excellent housekeeping staff who was very professional and kind. But bit poor administrative resources as my family waited more than 30min for a bellman to arrive to the room to take the luggage. Later we noticed that many other guests are also facing the same issue as there was no one who was available at desk to resolve the issue."
