Hotell i Madinat Al Ummal

“Please clean the room before guests arrived , specially from the dust .”

“تجربة رائعة ”

“For its listed price, this place is much better by a mile compared to others. In this property, you will have basically a 1-bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen and dining and washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent choice for any long-term traveler”

“Amazing view, great room and service”

“We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Alkhobar Hotel and Residences. The experience felt welcoming and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to return!”

“Excellent ! Recommend it”

“Bra service och bra frukost”

“Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

“Staff is great.”

“Nice clean room. Friendly staff. ”

“شكرا”

“Staff was amazing , I stayed at the hotel for 5 days coming from Turkey, and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast every morning was fantastic; the chef's omelet and pancakes, along with the Karak tea, were exceptional. Everyone at the reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and very clean, and the hotel's location was within walking distance, making it close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.”

“it was a pleasant stay, the staff are great and very helpful, the food is excellent, and i would definitely do it again.”

“من افضل النزل في العالم.. موقع ممتاز ونظافة وفريق عمل وكذلك العر ممتاز.. هو افضل من ثلاثة نجوم يستحق خمسة نجوم..”
