Gite 3 – La Grange
2 bedrooms, shower room, lounge, dining area & fully equipped kitchen.
The Gite has 2 bedrooms – a double bedroom with king size bed of 180cm by 200cm bed, and a large bedroom with 3 single beds. Downstairs is a lounge, with a log burning stove, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The private terrace overlooks the courtyard.
In total – 100 square metres (approx 1100 square feet).
An adjoining door leading to Gite 4 (Le Chai) enables the gite to be let either individually, as 2 separate units, or 1 large unit sleeping 10+ people. Ideal for 2 families, large groups or grandparents and those wishing to holiday together but have their own space at the same time.
Each gite has its own private garden, with gas BBQ, dining area & garden furniture – however guests are welcome to explore the whole grounds, including the woods.
The Gites are Child friendly, a cot, high chair & plenty of toys, puzzles and games are all available on request.
A television, DVD, Video machine and satellite TV, with English Freeview channels are available in all gites. A selection of both English & French DVD’s & Video’s are also available on request.
Internet access is also available to customers. WIFI connection is available on the Veranda.
Table Tennis, Badminton plus mini bar games – pool, air hockey & table football are available to kids of all ages!
Tennis Courts, both indoor & outdoor are also available to visitors with us.
Laundry is provided, at no extra charge.
Pets welcome – by arrangement.
A deposit for breakages is required, and is fully refunded, providing the Gite & all properties are returned in the same condition as provided.
Gites should be returned clean & tidy, with all furniture back in its original position!
The fridge, cooker, microwave & BBQ and bathrooms must thoroughly cleaned. All floors should be swept & mopped prior to departure. A surcharge, of 100€ per Gite, will be taken out of the deposit; to cover our costs of cleaning; should the Gite NOT be returned in the same clean condition.
An optional cost; by pre-arrangement; for us to clean on your departure is available at 75€.
