The room was okay but not completely clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were average. There was a metal shelf on the shower floor just propped up against the wall as if it was not yet installed. The showerhead was caked with buildup so barely any water flowed through it, and no floor towel was provided so I had to use a hand towel for the floor. The room had a stovetop, full sink and full size refrigerator, but no dishes, silverware, nor any pots or pans. There were no dish towels of any kind either. The hotel had no breakfast and no coffee was available due to the machine being out of order. You also need to use your room key to enter the lobby from checking in at the desk. Once you turn your keys in, if you're parked on the backside of the building, you must walk all the way around because you can't go back into the lobby and to the doors that exit that side. I won't be staying here again. Oh and the lobby and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. I gave it 2 stars because the staff were very friendly at least. The front desk is not staffed past 9 p.m. so if you have a question or need something, you're s.o.l.
