It's a typical 1940s house, weird step ups and downs, the bathroom is not recommended for those with any fall or mobility risks. Agree with previous reviews that it's hard to determine what light switch does what and if the lamps are switch controlled or not. I could only reach 1 ceiling fan to turn it on, not for the vertically challenged. I write this knowing full well I'll probably be bashed and told to read the description where it emphasizes "quaint, cozy" and other meaningless adjectives when "unsafe and fall hazard" should be used. The many throw rugs are a trip hazard as well. The owner does respond quickly via text and corrected an air conditioning issue promptly. If you are young, spry and bring a miner's helmet with light, you will enjoy. I could've sugar coated it, but I've been in sales 20 years and I'd rather honestly tell someone why I'm not buying their "product" again honestly than let them wonder why they aren't that busy. A good effort but just needs fine tuned.
