“*** AVOID THIS PLACE!! *** Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever. This place is a fraud!!! I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel. At 9 pm on...

“double comfortable bed, clean”

“Very nice and friendly staff Thanks Maria and her family”

“Bra service o rent”

“Owners were very accommodating”

“Very nice room. Not a silent room. No international channels on the television”

“Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. On our first morning, Janna had some pastries for us to take with us (every other morning, we were out the door way too...
