A PRIVATE HOUSE IN CIUDALCAMPO FOR FOUR Two bedrooms provide three beds: one double and two singles. There are two bathrooms, shown in the gallery with a shower and a bath respectively. The private house and patio provide separate indoor and outdoor places to spend time. LIVING, WORKING AND COOKING The living room has a fireplace, armchairs, television and bookshelves, with a dining table for four and a desk. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washing machine is available. TEMPERATURE AND OUTDOORS A gas boiler provides hot water and heating, with air-conditioning units for cooling and heating. Follow the house guide for use. The private patio has a barbecue and loungers, with parking within the plot. PRIVATE AND COMMUNITY AREAS The house and patio are private to your booking. The urbanisation and its communal areas are not private parts of the house, and their rules apply. ARRIVAL AND TRAVEL Arrival is self check-in using a key lockbox, with instructions sent before entry. Coordinate any earlier luggage drop-off in advance. A car is recommended for shopping and travel: this is a residential location north of Madrid rather than the city centre.
