Perfect location, nice but no window
Perfect location, you can walk to everything. Good standard, ok breakfast, nice old house, renovated, nice staff. But!! The room had no window (only a small into a ventilation chanel, no daylight) it was very dark. Is this something to think about when you book by Hotels.com, that you get a good price but also the room with lowest standard?This is not the first time it happened to me. I understand the hotel if they have to go down a lot in price and also pay Hotels.com a fee.

They promise to much
We had booked and payed for a De Luxe room but we got a several bedsroom. We told them that but they did not change the room. Every day we had to go to the reception for breakfast coupons. We could not get them for our whole stay. The breakfast was good. The cleaning was very good. The apartments are very well located in the city.

Fräsch lägenhet i utmärkt läge
Fräscht revnoverade lägenheter i utmärkt läge nära Sol. Engelskspråkig personal och inga problem med bokning, betalning eller in- och utcheckning. Fick passerkort för att öppna ytterdörren till fastigheten när receptionen inte var bemannad. Samma kort som användes till lägenhetsdörren. Frukost serverades i företagets restaurang i samma fastighet. En enkel buffé stod uppställd men gäster serveras även valfritt kaffe, juice och en valfritt grillad smörgås vid bordet. Trapporna upp till receptionen och till lägenheten var jobbiga att bestiga så har du problem att gå så välj annat boende. Hissen är inte till mycket hjälp då den bara går från första haltrappan till andra halvtrappan. Du måste alltså gå trappa både till och från hissen! Läget är mycket centralt så förvänta dig ingen utsikt från fönster eller balkong.

My wife and I just spent 6 nights at this Madrid hotel. Here’s reasons to consider this hotel; maximum 20 minutes walking distance to major attractions; 5 minutes walk to subway station “Sol”; breakfast included; reasonable price for such a central location, and more importantly, a small hotel with lots of adequately dedicated and attentive staff. We found all staff friendly and responsive and in particular, Natalia to be extraordinary. Other reviews will point out the negatives which we also found but again consider; This hotel is right in the Central area with lots of tourists like yourself looking for restaurants, bars, entertainment, souvenir shops, culture, history etc. You will get it all here and as long as you are a conscious tourist in a big City, you will find this area very safe. All our interactions during our 6 days were by all standards positive hassle free ones. We were here in early May and we found Madrid very vibrant and busy. I do not think Madrid sleep too much during the tourist season. Yes some of the rooms (the smaller ones) are noisy and they also have very quiet rooms(the bigger ones). If you want a quiet room its better to send an email to the hotel directly. Internet access was adequate. If you want high speed 24/7 internet maybe you should stay home.

WiFi doesn’t work at all. If you plan to get any work or even a email or a simple task of checking into your flight don’t stay here. Only good thing is location in center. So noisy due to multiple bars and tapas place in the street next to the apartment all the way to 4 am

Très déçu !
Au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble, il y a un bar ouvert jusqu'à 2 heures. Le bruit est infernal. Je croyais avoir loué un appartement mais ce n'etait qu'une chambre avec un placard dans lequel il y avait un petit évier, une plaque chauffante et un petit frigo.

Excellent Apartments in Perfect location
Excellent location, 5 minutes to Plaza Mayor. Amazing selection of bars and restaurants in the locale. However you must try the restaurant that is part of the apartments. Food was great as are all the staff. Breakfast also served there and was great each morning. Staff at check in friendly, apartments cleaned daily which we didn’t expect, towels also changed daily. Amazing time had in Madrid

This is the perfect set-up for younger and middle-aged travelers/couples who travel light, move fast, and are not particularly concerned with a spacious room. Not so much so for seniors like us in our early 70's lugging multiple bags. We are pretty spry and fit for our age but there were a couple of steep stairways we had to negotiate which was a pain with luggage at check-in and check-out. We were on the 4th floor and there is a tiny elevator that goes to floors 2 and 3 as I remember, so that helped. Street scene was a bit noisy into the later hours. The breakfast set up was decent. Overall, a good value for the money.

Decent place for the money
Very good price and good size for a family of 4. Great location and good level of cleanliness. It comes with a full kitchen and washing machine which is big plus! I don't know if its just our apt but the only complaint is the Wifi is really bad.

location is very good but nothing else worth to mention. very basic, two start motel level of accommodation. super thin towels, not so clean bedding, hot water is not enough for more than 2 person to take showers, wifi signal is very weak close to non exist. Will not recommend.

Ei sovi liikuntaesteiselle.
Huoneisto on ravintolan yläkerrassa ja meteli jonkin verran häiritsee aamuyöhön asti. Hissi ei tule kerrokseen, joten portaita on kiivettävä ensin hissille ja sitten puoli kerrosta ylös tai alas. Hyvät sängyt ja toimiva suihku ja wc. Siisti!
