Bra läge, daglig städning men mörkt i kök/vardagsrum med trasig glödlampa som inte byttes ut trots påpekande vid ankomsten.

Matute 11
I visited Madrid and stayed at Matute 11 for one week in aug 2017 with my daughter. It was small but nice room and staff was friendly and helpful. There was a small kitchen with all the stuff you need for simple cooking or cooling of beer.The building is old but renovated and charming. Location is very good, only about 5 minutes walk from plaza mayor and even closer to anton martin metro station. The free wifi did not work always or was rather weak. The TV has only spanish channels. We arrived at 1am in the night to the hotel, the reception is only open 8am to 7pm. If you arrive when reception is closed make sure you get a phone number so that someone will open and give you key to your room. They asked 30 EUR extra for that but I think that is very negotiable. I can absolutely recoment Matute 11.

This was our third visit to Matute 11. We were very pleased with our accommodation and how clean everything was. We felt comfortable there and didn't have any worries about social distancing, hygiene etc. The staff on reception are helpful.

This building is in a GREAT, central location in the city! The check in process was great..very friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in wasn’t like in the pictures. I understand that not all units are the same, but our two bedroom unit had many issues. Bedroom doors and bathroom doors wouldn’t close easily...physically had to be forced shut for privacy. I was afraid to turn up the floor heater in our room because there were floor to ceiling curtains directly in front of the heater. And finally, the shower had a very short side wall with no door, so our towels had to be used to soak up all the water on the floor.

The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is first rate - friendly and extremely helpful when needed. I would definitely stay there again. The area is tops for tourists.

The appartments were in a brilliant location, central to the city center. Very clean and bed comfy. The only negative minor comment is that the rooms are not necessarily like the initial photo on Expedia. The room was lovely but did ask to be moved from the initial one we were shown to. Thw receptionist moved us straight away to another that was slightly better. Apart from that, we will certainly go back.

The location is good. Communication before check in was good. But there is a big discrepancy between the room I have with the photos shown on Expedia. Maintenance work no good compared to hostel of similar charges. Toilet floor easily gets wet after shower. I would say the hostel itself may be good for others but it doesn’t meet my expectations.

プラド美術館、ソフィア王妃芸術センターまでは坂を下って10分程、マドリード 王宮へも徒歩10分以内でいけ、メトロの最寄駅まで徒歩1分なので日中の観光では最高な場所です。 治安が悪めな場所にありますので夜間は外出しませんでした。部屋にキッチンがありますので、日中にスーパーで購入した食材を調理して食事してました。 部屋の清掃はしゅうに1度しか入らないので、１週間未満の宿泊ですと清掃が入りません。 アメニティが少ないので女性はシャンプーを持参もしくは近くのストアで購入する必要あるかも。

Fantastic. Very clean. Very comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that would comfortably sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. Centrally located, but in a very quiet area. 20 min cab ride from airport (30 Euros). We walked EVERYWHERE and loved it. Never once felt unsafe! You can get to most historical sites including 2 great museums in 20 minutes or less. We just roamed the city for 3 1/2 days and tried different restaurants and bars and were not disappointed. Literally hundreds to choose from. Apartment has house cleaning if you need it or they will leave you alone if you don't. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Apartment really was fantastic. A great home base to relax in between your ventures out in the city. Madrid was much more beautiful and fun than we expected and our apartment exceeded our expectations also.

This was a very centric, spacious apartment which proved very practical for a family of two adults, and three kids. Kitchen, A/C and beds in good condition within a very classic building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the second bathroom (in the master bedroom) was awkwardly small, and exposed. Not really one you can use with people in the room. That said, it is definitely in our short list of places to go back to.

Haiseva huoneisto, en suosittele...
Ainoa plussa oli, että se sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla. Kylpyhuone olis pitänyt remontoida kauan sitten. Karmea viemärin haju, joka tuli myös huoneeseen. Suihku aivan onneton, vettä tuli niin, että sai just ja just itsensä pestyä.
