Aranda - 2 bedrooms in Goya

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Aranda is a 140 square meter apartment in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home finds a balance between modern sleek design with antique furniture pieces and old school ceiling mouldings. Upon stepping into the space, find an open plan space with a chic kitchen island which doubles as a bar area. The fridges are disguised as closets with wood finishings and a stylish grid wine rack on the opposite wall.

The living area has a large dining table closer to the kitchen and a lounge area with TV at the other end. Next to the kitchen, a storage area with two closets is partitioned by glass dividers. A custom made work space with desk has a small alcove fitted with sofa chair and bookshelf.

The first bedroom is simple but elegant with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large full length mirror and shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and ample storage space. The second bathroom also comes with shower. All bed and bath linens provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
