Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to because of the great service. Good breakfest!

Besök på Bernabeu för att se Real Madrid. En natt på hotellet. Var perfekt för oss att vara nära flygplatsen eftersom vi åkte tidig nästa dag.

Good but the bus transfer was late both from airport and to the airport. The breakfast open first at 7AM which is a shame, I thought 6AM was standard for 3+ hotels close to airports.

Good place to stay near the airport and the mall
The room should have been bigger since we booked for 3 persons. We have stayed a few times before and for 2 persons it has been perfect, but for 3 the room was not confortable. The beds are excellent though and the place is very good. Transport to the airport is one big plus. The staff if nice.

Bra och prisvärt!
Fräscht och rent hotell. Fina och tysta rum. Frukostbuffen var riktigt bra. De har även transport till och från flygplatsen gratis som endast tar 10 min. Helt klart prisvärt hotell. Det här var nog den tredje eller fjärde gången jag var här och hittills har jag aldrig blivit besviken.

Upplevde att hotellets klassificering inte stämde med min bild. Hotellet var fräscht men väldigt små rum när man bokade 3-bäddsrum. Ingen service (bra frukost)

There is VIP upgrades at all available in this hotel. That is why we cancelled our next stay at end of May and nooked at the AXOR Barajas hotel where we hope to be given an upgrade since I am a Gold member.

Het hotel is mooi en schoon. Ontbijt prima en fijn personeel in het restaurant. Er is een wellnes aanwezig. Dat is mooi en netjes. Helaas kun je je nergens omkleden dus moet je in de vochtige ruimte je spullen neerzetten. Voor de zomer is dat prima als je al in badpak zit maar niet in de winter/herfst tijd wanneer je je jas en schoenen nog aan hebt. Ook is er nergens op de site aangegeven dat de sauna alleen tegen betaling gebruikt mag worden. Dat is jammer want mede door de wellness heb ik dit hotel geboekt. Personeel van de balie is niet altijd vriendelijk. Er was maar 1 baliemedewerker die super aardig en hulpzaam was. Er wordt niet goed gecommuniceerd van te voren (per mail)waar de shuttle bus bij de airport gehaald kan worden. Hierdoor hebben wij onnodig een taxi genomen naar het hotel. De terug reis was de shuttle bus wel goed geregeld. De buurt rond het hotel is niet geweldig maar niet ver lopen heb je een heel leuk winkel centrum. En op de hoek kun je de bus nemen richting Madrid centrum. De balie medewerker kon niet uitleggen hoe wij naar het centrum moesten. Dit hebben wij zelf uitgevogeld. Als je eenmaal weet hoe je met openbaar vervoer moet reizen is het leuk. In de bussen kan je alleen met cash geld betalen. De metro kaart is daar niet geldig ondanks dat wel van te voren was aangegeven. Al bij al prima hotel met matig personeel aan de balie. Goed ontbijt en goed personeel in het restaurant. Prima wellness, helaas zonder kleedkamer. Geen aanrader dit hotel.

well worth a stay
very modern, quiet and efficient...airport transfer as well. maybe a bit too efficient and not cosy...but definitely good for overnight stays at Madrid airport, just not much fun!

The hotel, room, and breakfast were very good. But the advertised free shuttle from the airport was a disaster as it took nearly an hour and half for the bus to show up even after multiple calls to the hotel front desk who kept saying it will be there in 5 minutes. It was raining and 4 degrees outside. Then, the guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for the rook when I had already paid in advance. Either offer shuttle service that can provide service to guests or just don't offer it. Need to train the front desk staff better.
