Rum i Madrid
Rent och fräscht, finns tillgång till diskmaskinstabletter osv i receptionen. Något lyhört samt ganska få solstolar vid poolen. Men överlag mycket nöjd med min vistelse. Finns bra butiker i närområdet om man vill laga egen mat.

Stora rum, vi bodde 3 barn och 3 vuxna. Hade allt vi behövde. Personalen var hjälpsamma och hotellet ligger på promenadavstånd till det mesta

Stilrent och fräscht.
En härlig lägenhet i en lugn del med flera Cervezerior i kvarteren. Läget är perfekt med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Kanonskönt att kunna ta ett dopp i spapoolen efter en lång dag på vift. Rent, fräscht och allt man behöver i lägenheten.

Modernt, rent med stora utrymmen
Nära Atochastationen och de tre viktigaste konstmuseerna. Lite längre till de bästa "tapasgatorna". Modernt, mycket rent, bra utrymmen och med trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Det var bemannat från morgon till kväll, vilket inte alltid är fallet med lägenhetshotell.

Perfect high quality appartment
Highly recommended apartment on walking distance from city center, still in a rather low intense area (quite during the evening/nights). High standard and very clean and modern. Works for both couples and families.

Vi hade en jättefin lägenhet på våning 6. Det var verkligen trevligt att ha balkong, gjorde en stor frihetskänsla! Nära till allt till fots, parken El Retiro bör man inte missa, ligger bekvämt nära hotellet. Perfekt om man gillar att springa. 3 st affärer nära för att handla mat. Kan verkligen rekommendera stället!

Brandalarmet gick klockan 6.30 en morgon för att någon hade nåt på spisen. Hotellpersonalen kom inte förrän klockan 9 och alla gäster stod utanför i ca 2 timmar. Larmet stängdes av 9.30 och varken ägaren eller personalen förklarade varför det blev som det blev. Bra att veta är att städning inte ingår.

Very conveniant hotel - would recommend!
We were three friends staying at Erik Vökels and we really enjoyed our stay. It is located close to the subway (Atocha) so getting to the centre of Madrid (Sol etc.) was really easy. Rooms were clean. Automatic check-in through a machine in the lobby during late hours (Really conveniant) If you for example lose your hotel key or it stops working they can give you a new one through the machine if you call the 24-hours jour-line. FREE COFFEE!

Mycket bra familjeboende
Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Eric Vökel Atocha Suits i Madrid. Lägenheten var välutrustad, fräsch och välplanerad. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Ligger nära både Metro, bussar och tåg, men det är promenadavstånd till det mesta man vill se och göra i Madrid.

The opening hours of the reception could have been longer and the area was nice but not the best in Madrid according to me.. Bur loved the hotel and the apartments! Really nice and modern, perfect for a group of friends!

Väldigt hjälpsam personal
Mysigt hotell, strax utanför stan.Lite tråkigt att kaffet tog slut efter dag två (man fick kaffepulver i receptionen och kunde brygga själv uppe i rummet). För få liggstolar vid poolen, fyra stycken. Annars var personalen trevliga, kunde bra engelska och mysigt hotellrum. Tråkig utsikt. Rummet har allt man behöver i en lägenhetshotell, sköna sängar, många garderob och mysigt med en pool!

The apartment was in good condition and was close to many points of interest. BUT, our first night we kept hearing loud noises from the street, first a garbage truck, then loud people. The second night we came back at around 7:30 PM, and for some reason our keys did not work. Since there is no one at reception after 5pm we tried to follow the instructions in a self check in panel. Another couple was there already with the Same problem. We kept calling all numbers and we could hear them ringing at the front desk. We decided to call Expedia and they also failed to contact the Eric Vökel hotel people. So Expedia offered another hotel for that night… we were in the process of finding another place, and out of nowhere someone from De EV hotel picked up the phone and was able to help us remotely. It was after 90 minutes that we were able to get in our rooms. I do not recommend the place if you plan to arrive after 5pm

We had a group of nine in three rooms. Everyone had a wonderful stay. The staff was great, the place is clean, and the location was perfect. A block from public transport and walking distance to many places.

Great budget option for a 5 day stay- especially if a kitchen and washer/dryer are important amenities.! The location is 10 minutes away from the museums and other neighborhoods and also has a grocery story and bakery on the block/around the corner. It could be a bit noisy at night (seems like trash and recycling removal happens daily- in the middle of the night?!) but the blackout shutters reduced the sounds by a lot!

Hi everything was great but parking was a problem. The email sent to me said to email (no email given) to request parking. The reception was closed so there was nobody there to help. So that was the only issue, it is extremely hard to park and the local parking garages are quite a distance away, making it difficult to load and unload luggage. Thanks

Perfect stay in Madrid. Enough space for a family of 4. Walkable to major tourist spot. 7 min walk to Atocha Station where one can catch a train to the regional and direct airport trains. The reception is professsional and helpful. The condition of the property is pristine too. Definitely my new go to place when in Madrid.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outside space and enjoyed our morning coffee out there as well as hanging out as a family. The location was quiet and convenient to the train station. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to any of the plazas of interest (Plaza del Sol or Plaza Mayor). We felt safe walking home after spending time in these areas. The person at the front desk was very helpful during check-in. There were free lockers available to us until we could check in @ 4 PM. Which was very convenient. Highly recommend for a family of up to 4.

This property was great. The ease of access from the Atocha station was fabulous. Communication was top-notch and we were able to get in and out of the building with no problems. Definitely would consider staying here again.

숙박인원 3명, 2룸 2싱글베드, 1더블베드 장점 : 넓은 실내, 세탁기/건조기 , 주변 마트 3개, 주차장 보유, 지하철역 5분이내 거리라서 단점 : 식기 청결하지 않고, 3박을 했는데 최초 제공해준 오일 등 추가지급 안됨, 아침 7시 이후 주변 주택공사로 소음 발생, 수건이 많이 낡음.

Perfect location
The location is fantastic! 2 supermarkets with all the essentials on the same block, and 15 minutes walk to Atocha station (25 minutes with suitcases and the pavement is luggage friendly).
